Studio Monaco is a Toronto-based architectural design group comprised of a seasoned team of industry associates. We are able to provide a seamless project-wide service, from site identification to final occupancy.
The Founder.
Giovanna Monaco is a Toronto resident who spent the first decade of her career working for several corporate and boutique architectural firms in the city. There, she gained experience designing high- rise residential, single-family custom residential and commercial projects.
Giovanna has a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Architecture from Ryerson University (now TMU).
As a licensed architectural designer, Studio Monaco was established in 2021 to provide complete exterior and interior stylings to residential and commercial projects.

The Studio provides a complete turnkey project process. Together with a team of seasoned associates, Studio Monaco can deliver a complete and comprehensive project focusing on architectural interior exterior design through construction to completion, dependent on the client’s wishes.
The Studio reflects Giovanna’s keen interest in art and sculpture, which she developed from her travels and incorporates into her work. This influence is what she likes to call a ‘Coastal Classic European’ aesthetic. Her designs embody a balance of the messy, authentic and lived-in aspects of everyday life with an elegant and simplistic touch.
